M3-Brigade Acquisition II Corp. (the Company) has determined that it is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2021 (the Q2 2021 Form 10-Q) by the prescribed due date for the reasons described below.
The Company has recently determined that certain information required to prepare a complete filing of its Form10-Q for the quarter ended on June 30, 2021 was not available in a timely manner without unreasonable expense and effort. The Company is working diligently to complete its Form 10-Q for such period as soon as possible and expects to file such report within five calendar days following the required due date of August 16, 2021.
